I’m having trouble purchasing my membership, what are the steps?

Start by going to the link HERE
Click the Purchase Full Membership button
Log in to your Shelby.com account. If you don’t have an account, click the Registry button and sign up
In the following page, please fill out the shipping address, select a T-Shirt size, fill in payment information, and hit Submit.
You should receive a confirmation in your email.

I can’t login with my email address and password form the old site.

Click the Login icon in the top right portion of Shelby.com
Select the Forgot Your Password button
Fill in your User Name, or Email Address, you do have to supply both
You should receive an email with the steps to reset your password, click the Send Reset Link button

I ordered my Full Membership, when can I expect it to arrive?

Membership kits ship weekly and can take up to 4 to 6 weeks. We do not have tracking for these membership kits at this time.

I got a confirmation email, but don't see my card billed?

Please allow 1-3 days for the purchase to be shown on your card.
