(CSBI:PK), announced today a limited number of Shelby F-150 Super Snake SuperCrew pickups that will feature up to 810+ HP*, upgraded handling, styling and custom upgrade options. One of the most powerful Shelby road-focused trucks in its history, only 400 of the Super Snake SuperCrew trucks will be built by Shelby Performance in Bristol, Indiana.

The Shelby community and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, were once again at the center of the epic 1960s rivalry of Ferrari against Ford and Shelby American, which was celebrated during the Goodwood Festival of Speed, July 9-13, at the Goodwood Estate in West Sussex, UK. The tribute featured a rolling reunion of the three GT40 MkIIs that swept the 1966 Le Mans podium; it was the first time in over a decade that the three racecars have been seen tracking together. With the support of Goodyear, the first and second place Shelby American GT40s joined the third place Holman Moody car to run up the famous Hillclimb. A limited "Championship Edition" Shelby F-150 Off-Road truck will be available from Shelby American, a wholly owned subsidiary of Carroll Shelby International Inc. (CSBI:PK), in celebration of the company's trio of racing victories in 1966. Built by Shelby Performance in Bristol, Indiana, only 54 of the trucks will be manufactured, with new paint schemes that honor the 60th anniversary of Shelby wins at Sebring, Daytona and Le Mans. Each will feature 810+ horsepower, advanced offroad suspension, anniversary badges and other options. The limited number of Championship Edition trucks are available through a nationwide network of dealers.

Black Book, a leading provider of automotive valuation and analytics, today announced a new strategic agreement with Shelby Performance that brings greater transparency and consistency to the valuation of professionally upfitted and modified vehicles, including those carrying the Shelby American badge. Shelby American vehicles are now identifiable within Black Book vehicle valuations, giving dealers, lenders, and industry professionals clearer insight into the value of these specialized vehicles.
