In what has been a decade long battle between the Shelby Trust, owner of “Shelby” trademarks and trade dress relating to internationally known and respected Shelby vehicles, and Denise Halicki, surviving spouse of H.B. "Toby" Halicki, producer of the 1974 “Gone in 60 Seconds” film, the 1982 “The Junkman” film, and the 1983 “Deadline Auto Theft film, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California has finally and decisively placed Shelby in the driver's seat.

Executives with Shelby American, a wholly owned subsidiary of Carroll Shelby International Inc. (CSBI:PK), issued a “last call” to honor the company's founder with a commemorative truck by introducing a Carroll Shelby Centennial Edition Shelby F-150 Super Snake. The stunning truck, which honors Carroll Shelby, was introduced on Friday, September 29 during the annual Team Shelby Bash in Las Vegas. Only 100 of the four door 800* horsepower 2023 Carroll Shelby Centennial Edition Super Snake trucks will be built.

Robert Prilika, who drove a 2022 Shelby GT500SE into history last year in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, will return to compete in a new Shelby F-150 Super Snake Sport under the Robert Prilika Motorsports banner. Officials from Shelby American, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Carroll Shelby International Inc. (CSBI:PK) and members of the Team Shelby club will attend the race on June 25 as part of the ongoing Carroll Shelby Centennial Celebration.

Shelby American, a wholly owned subsidiary of Carroll Shelby International Inc. (CSBI:PK), is honoring the 100th anniversary of its founder's birth with a small run of Centennial Edition Mustangs. Only 100 of the 2023 model year supercharged Carroll Shelby Centennial Edition Mustangs will be available through Shelby American in Las Vegas, with a few available through official mod shops around the world. A prototype will be unveiled in Gardena, California, on Saturday, January 14 at 10 AM PST and the final production ready version introduced at the Barrett-Jackson Auction in Scottsdale, Ariz., the next week.
