The Las Vegas Team Shelby Bash will make history as the four day festivities include, for the first time, an all makes and models performance car show on April 27 held under the banner of "Make The American Muscle Car Great Again." The car show will be the closing event of the annual gathering at the Shelby American headquarters in Las Vegas.

Executives with Carroll Shelby International (CSBI:PK), announced that the Annual Las Vegas Team Shelby Bash from April 24-27, will celebrate a trio of important American performance milestones, as well as the American muscle car. In addition to automotive celebrities, track sessions and parties, the four day event will culminate with the Shelby sponsored "Make the American Muscle Car Great Again" show, at the Shelby American headquarters in Las Vegas.

CARROLL SHELBY FOUNDATION PARTNERS WITH THE COLLEGE OF SOUTHERN NEVADA TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS

The Carroll Shelby Foundation™ (CSF) partnered with the College of Southern Nevada (CSN) and the CSN Foundation to provide $37,500 in scholarships for the Automotive and Diesel Technology Programs in spring of 2023 for the 2022-2023 academic year. Today, the CSF continues to make an immediate impact for CSN students in the Automotive and Diesel Technology Programs, by providing ten $2,500 scholarships annually, $1,250 during the Fall and Spring semesters, for a total of $25,000 annually for each academic year.

The performance and motorsports world was rocked today when Shelby American, a wholly owned subsidiary of Carroll Shelby International Inc. (CSBI:PK), unveiled the 2025 Shelby GT350 on the Barrett-Jackson stage in Scottsdale, Ariz. The most powerful Shelby GT350 in history, the 810 horsepower sports car, was introduced almost 60 years to the day that Carroll Shelby revealed the first one (January 27, 1965). The Shelby GT350 will be available as a street car, while the street legal GT350R is track-ready with components from Shelby's future Trans Am spec race car.
